Special Olympics BC athletes compete with their Regional teams at Provincial Games. The teams are:

Region 1 - Kootenays
Region 2 - Okanagan
Region 3 - Fraser Valley
Region 4 - Burnaby-Delta-Richmond
Region 5 - Vancouver-Sunshine Coast-Sea to Sky
Region 6 - Vancouver Island-Central Coast
Region 7 - North West
Region 8 - Cariboo-North East
