Through the Lifelong Learning Platform, Special Olympics athletes can get helpful advice for sport skills, injury prevention, and healthy eating!

There will be three interactive Zoom sessions with health professionals. Participants will be able to listen, learn, and do active practice.

Pavneet says, "My goal is to build a sense of community and engagement between all of us, and I hope that we can all take away lessons to carry with us forever!"

The sessions are open to all Special Olympics BC athletes, parents, coaches, and volunteers! You must register in advance.
