Hurdles
At the January 2016 Athletics Performance Camp, Simon Fraser University track and field athletes Braeden Charlton and Brendan Wong worked with the SOBC athletics coaches and athletes on hurdles technique. This video contains drills for lead leg, trail leg and proper arm movement to maintain balance and properly stride over the hurdle.
