Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Hydration is ALWAYS important, but especially with the warm weather ahead. In the hot months of summer it’s easy to become dehydrated.

Juice, coffee, sport drinks, and pop all include ingredients that dehydrate you even more, making you feel slow and tired and potentially causing headaches.

Drinking water will give you energy, it’s better for your skin, and it will ensure your body is performing at its best so you can enjoy the summer!

If you don’t like the taste of water, try adding different fruits or vegetables to your water such as lemons, cucumber, or berries.
