Healthy Athletes Screening at SOBC – North Shore March Madness Basketball Tournament

All Special Olympics athletes and local community members with intellectual disabilities are invited to participate in the Special Olympics BC Healthy Athletes screenings set to be held in conjunction with the SOBC – North Shore March Madness Basketball Tournament at Collingwood School in West Vancouver. 

The Special Olympics Healthy Athletes program provides free, fun health screenings and education for people with intellectual disabilities. Through Healthy Athletes, health care professionals receive training about the specific health care concerns of people with intellectual disabilities and how to ask the right questions, helping them draw out issues.

Please spread the word about this free, fun opportunity for athletes to receive supportive health screenings and education in a welcoming environment.
