He can always be counted on to contact fellow athletes to encourage them to get involved with different initiatives, and he supports them personally all the way.

Li may first be noticed for his participation in four to five sports annually, but his is also known for his leadership among athletes. He is a role model for how athletes can step up and become more involved, and there is not a single initiative he does not go the extra mile on. He is an outstanding leader and role model at both the provincial and local levels, and is looked up to for his kindness and ability to speak up for others everywhere he goes.

Li is widely known and respected for his kindness, humour, and humility. He brings people together and forms strong relationships with and between them naturally.
