Our Fit Family and Friends program is for all ages!
- Athletes and their families, caregiver, or friends will enjoy physical activities, and learn about nutrition, mental wellness, and sun safety.
- Will provide an opportunity for athletes and their family, caregiver, or friends to meet others.
- Athletes will benefit from all activities and be encouraged to practice a healthy lifestyle.
- Athletes must have a family member, caregiver, or friend attend the program with them.
- No fee to take part, just sign up below.
