Biography:

Joe Covaci hails from Waterloo, ON and has been involved in track and field and swimming with Special Olympics for the past four years. He won two Gold and one Silver at the National Games. Joe’s Mother is a volunteer with Special Olympics, acting as a guide for athletics. Joe also enjoys biking and triathlons. He is excited to set a new personal best at the 2019 World Summer Games.
