How long have you been involved with Special Olympics?

It has been 38 since I first joined Special Olympics.

How is your life different since joining Special Olympics?

Special Olympics has given me a lot of new friends and experiences. I used to be the DJ at Special Olympics hall parties and I had a lot of fun doing that. I also like going to 5-pin and tenpin bowling.

What do you like most about the sport you will be competing in at Special Olympics World Summer Games Berlin 2023?

I love bowling because it’s exciting to get strikes and spares.

What is your proudest moment with Special Olympics?

I have won lots of trophies for bowling and I am proud of all of them.

What does Special Olympics and attending World Games mean to you?

It means a lot to me and it is my first time going to Berlin. I already went to Toronto for our first Special Olympics Team Canada Training Camp and had a lot of fun.

What is your goal for Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023?

My goal is to try to win medals!
