How long have you been involved with Special Olympics?

For 11 years. Since I was 6 years old!

How is your life different since joining Special Olympics?

I now have more instructions on how to exercise to be my best self.

How have you been preparing yourself for competition?

I train 3x per week.

What is the biggest challenge you have overcome in your life?

The biggest challenge I had to overcome before a competition is jet lag.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

I was very proud to be a part of the 2020 Special Olympics Canada National Winter Games in Thunder Bay.

What does Special Olympics and attending World Games mean to you?

I am so happy to have the opportunity.
