Mitchell Anderson
I have been part of Special Olympics for 15 years. I have been to 5 Provincial games and 1 SOC National Summer games. I was on the team that won team of the year in 2004 with Regina's Special Olympics Curling Team.
The sports I partake in is 10 pin bowling, Swimming and Curling.
The 5 Provincial games I have been to are: Melfort- Winter games for Curling, Saskatoon- 2013 - Summer games for Swimming, Regina - 2015 -Winter Games for Curling, Moose Jaw - 2017 Summer games for 10 Pin Bowling and Regina - 2019 Winter Games for Curling!
I have also been part of the Special Olympics Canada National Games. I competed in the 2018 P.E.I. - Summer games for 10 Pin bowling and I will be attending the 2020 - Special Olympics Canada National Games in Thunder Bay for Curling!

Scot Earl
Scot joined Special Olympics in 2003 (16 years as an athlete). Scot has been to 4 Canadian Winter games in curling and also participates in bowling , bocce ball, and swimming. Scot loves art and is very skilled at drawing pictures. He tried Yoga for the first time this year and has enjoyed it. He wishes for gold in Thunder Bay at his 5th National Games.

Danny Fiedelleck
Danny joined Special Olympics in 2004 (15 years as an athlete). He has been to 4 Canadian Winter Games in the sport of curling. Danny loves to curl and curls almost everyday all winter long. He also bowls in a league once a week. He hopes to win Gold in Thunder Bay.

Garnet Gerski
Garnet has been in Special Olympics the last 2 years. He originally joined in 2009 and participated for a few years then re-joined in 2018. He bowls once a week and participates in Bocce Ball. He works full time at Canadian Tire in Melfort and is looking forward to attending his first National Games!

Rodney Mitchell
Rodney has been involved in Special Olympics since 1980, 39 years as an athlete in Special Olympics. He plays bocce ball, curling and bowling. He has been to 4 National Winter Games in Curling and participates in almost all Special Olympics events that he can, He won the Brian Smith award for most outstanding athlete in Special Olympics in Melfort for 2018. |
