Strength & Flexibility

WARM UP 

Repeat 4 times

  1. 20 seconds walking on the spot 
  2. Rest 10 seconds 

Repeat 4 times

  1. 20 seconds Jumping Jacks
  2. Rest 10 seconds

Strength 

10 Curl-Ups, repeat 3 times

 

10 Chair squats, repeat 3 times

Plank 20 seconds, repeat 5 times

 

Flexibility

Hold each stretch for 30 seconds, repeat 3 times
