1. In a new tab, login to the Portal using the following link:  https://portal.specialolympics.ca/login

  • Select the 'Local/Community Coordinator' role.

 

 

2.  Select 'Active Enrollments' from the navigation tabs on the right side of the page.

 

 

3.  You can sort various categories, including sport, role, and individual using the tabs at the top of the page.  To view the specific details of an enrollment, select the 'Details' icon from the left side of the enrollment.  You can also download the entire list using the 'Export to Excel' function.

 

 

4.  To view the specific details of an individual profile, select the 'Details' Icon from the left of the individual name.

 

 

5.  You can view/edit individual information using the navigation tabs at the top of the page.  Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Submit' when finished.
