1.  In a new tab, login to the Portal using the following link:  https://portal.specialolympics.ca/login

  • Select the 'Local/Community Coordinator' role.

 

 

2.  For Athletes, select the 'Add Program Enrollment' option from the navigation tabs on the right side of the page.  For Volunteers, select the 'Add Volunteer Enrollment'.

 

 

3.  If the athlete/volunteer is returning to the program and already in our system, select the participant from the Community drop down menu. If not, you will need to fill out the details in the fields that appear below under the heading Participant/Volunteer Information. Be sure that you enter this information exactly.  Click ‘Next Step- Validate Member’.

 

4.  Continue to the ‘Program Search’ page.   Select the program and click ‘Next Step- Participant/Volunteer Profile’.

 

5.  View and Edit participant information using the tabs at the top of the page.  When finished, press 'Next Step-Enrollment Details'.

 

6.  Review information and press 'Submit Enrollment'.
