Tim Hortons presents a Day of Inclusion cheque to Special Olympics.

Thanks to Tim Hortons and Canadians across the country, more than $121,000 was raised for Special Olympics athletes on Day of Inclusion.

Saturday July 21, 2018 was a day to celebrate Special Olympics’ 50th anniversary and help create a world where all people are recognized and included.

Participating was as simple as grabbing your morning coffee!

That Saturday, Canadians were asked to visit their local Tim Hortons to buy a Special Olympics Donut (only available July 21!), created by our very own 14-year-old Special Olympics Alberta athlete Savannah Lussier!

The proceeds from the nearly 80,000 Special Olympics Donuts sold are now supporting our community programs and Special Olympics athletes across the country.

Thank you for making the decision to #ChooseToInclude!
