Jordan has been a Special Olympics athlete for 17 years. Jordan has participated and competed in a variety of sports with Special Olympics throughout the years. It was when Jordan started Speed Skating 5 years ago though that he knew he had found the sport for him.
The Special Olympics Canada Winter Games 2024 will be Jordan's second National Games. He competed at the Special Olympics Canada Winter Games 2020, also in the sport of Speed Skating. Following a very successful 2020 Games, Jordan was named to the Special Olympics Canada 2022 Training Squad. Despite the cancelation of the Special Olympics World Winter Games 2022, Jordan's favourite Special Olympics moment remains being selected to Team Canada.
Looking ahead to Calgary, Jordan is hoping to grow and develop into the best version of himself he can to be successful at his sport. He is also hoping to have fun, and enjoy the experience.
