TODAY’S TOP MOMENT
British Columbia’s Sheryl Jakubowski raced the 5,000-metre in TK minutes, earning the gold medal in her division. When she finished her race, she said she hoped SO Team Canada Honorary Coach Marnie McBean would be proud of her achievement.
McBean was in Dubai today and awarded her the gold medal.
