Biography: 

55-year-old John has been an athlete for 10 years. He won Gold and Silver at the National Games. Swimming is John’s favourite sport, and he also participates in Basketball, 10-Pin Bowling and Snowshoeing. He says Special Olympics has given him confidence, keeps him active and has made his life much better. His goals for his first World Games are to have fun and bring home a medal. When not competing, John enjoys biking around Penticton.
