this by being fit. Fit 5 is a plan for physical activities, nutrition, and hydration. It can improve your health and fitness to make you the best athlete you can be! This virtual program is designed to be followed as a series!

Comfortable Clothing (Gym Clothes)
Quiet Area to exercise! You should be able to put both hands out on your side and swing around in a full circle without touching any surfaces, this will allow you to have enough room to workout safely!
If you need any help during the session you can ask your caregiver near by, raise you hand, or type in the chat box during the session!
Space is limited (Only 20 Participants per session)

Session 1, Level 1: A sturdy Chair (with no wheels)
Session 2, Level 2: Step or Step Stool and Study Chair (with no wheels), You can use hand weights (2-5lbs) or tin food if you do not have hand weights for this session.
Session 3, Level 3: Hand weights (2-5lbs) or tin food if you do not have hand weights
Session 4, Level 4: Hand weights (2-5lbs) or tin food if you do not have hand weights, Study Chair (with no wheels)
Session 5, Level 5: Step or Step Stool, Hand weights (2-5lbs) or tin food if you do not have hand weights.
