Powerlifting
Powerlifting is about more than squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It is about perseverance, overcoming barriers, and striving for success. Please note that Special Olympics athletes must be 14 years of age before competing in powerlifting.
Powerlifting gives you three ways to compete as a Special Olympic athlete:
- Powerlifting (3 Lift): Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift
- Push/Pull: Bench Press and Deadlift
- Bench Only: Bench Press
