Special Olympics BC aims to provide a growing base of Club Fit resource materials, which can also be used by sport coaches as part of their team or individual training programs. The resources will grow over time – but with your help!  You are encouraged to send your ideas (such as games, recipes, exercises, and stretches) to the Provincial Office, to share with others in the SOBC community.
