During this time of year, people tend to fall ill more often with things such as coughs, colds, and the flu. If you are sick, it is best to evaluate your illness and stay home from practice.

Staying home will allow your body to rest and recover faster to get you back to training, and it will keep your teammates from catching your cold or flu! 

The first day back to training you may feel weak, and it’s OK to take it easy. In all other practices, it will be good to get back to training and working hard!
