When and how did you get involved with Special Olympics:

I have been with Special Olympics for 16 years. While I was living in Summerland in 2003, a family got me started with 5-pin bowling.

Will these be your first Special Olympics Canada Games? If not, which other National Games did you compete in, and in what sports?

Yes, this will be my very first Special Olympics Canada Games.

What were your results in the 2019 Special Olympics BC Winter Games? How did you feel about your performance?

I received three gold medals, one for the team portion, one for men's high single and one for men's pins over average. It felt awesome. I was happy with with my performance, and it made me happy seeing my coach's smile and cheering for her team.
