The importance of being prepared is vital for coaches, whether it be reflecting on your coaching philosophy or figuring out the best way to communicate to your athlete and peer coaches or managing distractions at Games.

SOBC, with the help of Dr. Laura Farres (Mind in Motion), wanted to provide a tool that has a variety of mental training resources for coaches to ensure they are at their mental best when coaching and looking after themselves as most of a coach's time is devoted to the athletes.
