Darren wants his athletes to obtain their personal best.  He wants them to have fun, meet new people, and have a lifetime experience.  Trust Darren.  He knows what it means to have a lifetime experience; 34 years of training and competing on regional, provincial, national and international levels - and winning!  Congrats Darren and best of luck in Nova Scotia!
